We declare that as the controller of your personal data, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation – Act No. 18/2018 Coll. and GDPR, i.e.:

• possible affiliation to parish and diocese

🏨 Accommodation and catering services
At events where we also provide accommodation and meals for participants, we provide your personal data to the necessary extent only to companies and organizations that are authorized to provide accommodation and catering services (Penzion Bystrík).
📦 Delivery services
In case of mail or other correspondence delivery, we provide your personal data to the necessary extent only to companies that are authorized to provide delivery and courier services (Slovak Post, Slovak Parcel Service, TNT, Geis...).
Confidentiality guarantee: We assure you that all processors of your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures. Without your consent, your personal data will not be issued/provided to any other third party.
Data transfer outside the European Union
Personal data is processed primarily within the European Union. When Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA are used (provider Google Ireland Limited), data may be transferred to the United States; such transfer is covered by the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or by standard contractual clauses. Analytics measurement only takes place with your consent.
